  Walmart is not Target, Walmart is just Walmart. With that being said, I believe the standards are very low during any visit to any Walmart across the nation. The Walmart in Bloomingdale is no exception. I do find that this Walmart tries, TRIES, to maintain some order and flow to their merchandise. Unfortunately, it still feels crowded and messy. Unlike Target, the prices on some items are low and they several rows of clearance items that you can walk through. I do really enjoy a cashier that has worked with Walmart for years. Unfortunately, I forget her name, but she's the nicest. If you care about saving some money or need an emergency pack of TP, I recommend Walmart in Bloomingdale.
