  I've had such a bad experience with both my wedding band and engagement ring which are both from Michael Hill. My band has lost a diamond 5 times in 3 years and engagement once! And it's not because I sleep with it, excercise with it etc. And I have an office job. In addition, I just took my engagement ring in for rhodium dipping and it came back with a pink sapphire- it never had a pink saphire! Myra from the bloomingdale store was not apologetic and showed no empathy whats so ever for this huge mistake. She told me this is why God made erasers. What kind of response is this to such a sensitive problem? Please don't buy the most important piece of jewelry in a womans life from Michael Hill. Go elsewhere!

  Terrible customer service both on the phone and in the store. Employees don’t call when jewelry comes back from service. Most of all, stereotyping their customers. Unfortunately this is what the company wants representing them. They just lost another customer.
